Frequently Asked Questions
Clean your BBQ Outdoor Collection with hot, soapy water and a soft sponge. Although these pieces are dishwasher-safe, we recommend taking special care and handwashing them. Even stubborn residue won’t stick after soaking and washing as usual with our Cookware Cleaner.
The fully encased Matte Black enamel is durable and forgiving when used on an open flame. Slightly rougher in texture than our Satin Black enamel, it resists dulling, staining, chipping, cracking and rusting. This makes it safe for regulated and unregulated heat sources up to 450°C.
A good rule to follow is to place your BBQ Outdoor Skillet or Pan at least 5cm above the embers. If possible, use the grates or grid of your outdoor grill to ensure a safe distance from the embers.
These pieces are designed for the outdoors and open-flame cooking but can be used in the kitchen. Our BBQ Outdoor Cookware can also be used on gas hobs and in domestic ovens on a rack. However, do not use it on induction or glass-ceramic hobs. Rather, put it to the test on the grill, in a pizza oven or in a wood-fired oven.
The BBQ Outdoor Collection is designed to be nested within each other to save precious storage space. To make the most of this useful feature while maintaining your cookware, we recommend using pan protectors between your pieces. Only stack once completely dry and carefully do so without knocking cookware pieces against each other.
