Cleaning:

  • Take care as you clean – the tip of the corkscrew is sharp!

  • Clean your corkscrew occasionally, using a damp cloth or warm soapy water.

  • Dry well after washing and store in a dry place.

Use:

  • Hold the bottle on a solid, level surface when opening it.

  • Be careful when opening – the tip of the corkscrew is sharp! Make sure the corkscrew is always seated squarely on the neck of the bottle before opening.

  • Need to replace a worn screw? Unscrew the protective chrome cap, remove the old screw, then insert your new screw and replace the protective cap. Always refer to the instructions for your specific model first.

  • Pull the lever back and position the corkscrew over the bottle. Enclose the bottleneck tightly between the two handles.

  • Push the lever forward, then pull it back to smoothly remove the cork. Repeat the same lever motion to release the cork from the device.
