Enjoy unboxing your new purchase! (And make sure to remove the labels and packaging.)

Cleaning:

Never immerse the removable grinding mechanism in water.
Wipe wooden parts clean with a cloth. DO NOT use water, chemicals, or abrasive cleaning agents. Apply a light coat of mineral or nut oil to the exterior only with a soft cloth if it becomes dry.
To clean the grinding mechanism, finely grind 30ml of salt and discard it. For the pepper mill, eliminate the salt residue from this step by grinding 15ml of peppercorns afterwards.
