- 1 ciabatta loaf, sliced
- 500 g mushrooms
- 2 red bell peppers
- 2 onions
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 fresh mozzarella
- 1 tbsp acacia honey
- Salt and pepper

Method

1Rinse the bell peppers and mushrooms. Peel the onions and garlic.

2Cut the onions and peppers into strips, finely chop the garlic, and cut the mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.

3Sauté all the vegetables over high heat with oil and rosemary until nicely coloured and tender. Season with salt and pepper during cooking.

4Grill the bread.

5Toss the vegetables with balsamic vinegar and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.

6Tear the mozzarella into strips.

7Arrange the mozzarella on the grilled bread and top with the vegetables, a pinch of salt, and a drizzle of maple syrup. Serve as a snack or a delicious starter.
